ACA Microsoft BizSpark Program for Start-Ups

Get Microsoft software for your startups by joining the Microsoft BizSpark program.  The Angel Capital Association is partnering with Microsoft to offer BizSpark to startups. (Link to our press release here.) BizSpark will give your startups all the software they need, plus technical support and market visibility, for three years, for USD$100. No strings attached.

Through BizSpark, members and affiliates of ACA can now offer startups fast, easy access to current, full-featured Microsoft software development tools and server technologies, as well as production licenses at no cost to you. To be eligible for the Microsoft BizSpark Program, startups must be:

· actively engaged in the development of a software-based product or service that is a core piece of their business model,

· are privately held,

· have been in business less than three years, and

· have less than USD$1M in revenue.

Enrollment in the program is free. Startups can keep all the dev and test software they have downloaded over the three years of the program. Microsoft will assess a USD$100 program offering fee at program exit. More information about BizSpark is at www.MicrosoftStartupZone.com.
