Current Membership
Sierra Angels maintains a membership of approximately fifty individuals (plus spouses) who are all accredited investors and who have extensive experience in one or more of the following industries of primary interest:
- Clean energy & green technology
- Computing & communications
- Health sciences
- Mobile and web 2.0
- Software
- Technology (other than above)
- Selective alternative investments
Virtually all of our members have substantial experience in building and running technology companies as owners and/or operating executives. We apply this experience in many ways including deal selection, due diligence, investment decisions, mentoring entrepreneurs, serving on Boards and as advisors, and providing introductions to strategic or operational partners and additional funding sources.
