The Kauffman Foundation will present a live Webcast of its second annual State of Entrepreneurship Address, “Rules for Growth,” presented by Kauffman President and CEO Carl Schramm at the National Press Club in Washington, DC. Schramm will discuss low-cost ways to promote innovation and accelerate U.S. economic growth, emphasizing changes in law and legal institutions that do not add to the national deficit.

The address will be followed by a panel discussion featuring:
