Submit Your Business Plan

To submit your business plan, please follow the following steps:

Step 1: Ensure your company is a good fit with Sierra Angels

• Read “Is Angel Funding Right for Your Company?” and “Investment Criteria”
• Address areas of your business that fall short of these stated expectations

Step 2: Ensure you have business documents that are investor friendly

• Investors are very busy individuals, and are more likely to invest in businesses that are well thought through and well described.
• Put yourself in the shoes of an investor, and spend some time refining your business plan to better answer their potential questions and concerns.
• Fill out the following business summary for your business. This succinct overview is a required document of Angelsoft submissions and well worth your time.

Step 4: Await our response

• Within approximately six weeks, you will be informed if you have been selected to present at a Sierra Angels dinner meeting.
